Not sure if all or none ever applies really but with Ctum
the shares are held rather tightly and for the timing of now its not likely, imo, to get better. For a chunk all I can imagine is a little at a time and watch l2 bid ask and if your comfortable at a juncture grab those many as u like.
Truthfully (in opposite of a poster or two here), the only time I've been able to get chunks is on the dips(depending on what a chunk consists of), but thats just me. Wish you the best
