Something I get from this s-8 filing is that these directors did their job and NOW THE MERGER IS GOING THROUGH!!!.

So they are getting paid for their work, weather they sell now or later is their buisness...The important thing is to read between the lines and see that this is a positive sign that the deal is going to go through!!
