Maybe Matt will loan you his copy of the Constitution when he is through with it. Just so you will not have to wait, Amendment I of the Constitution reads as follows:

"Congress shall make no law respecting or establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

No matter how large the egos here, I don't think Ihub has become an arm of Congress. You have the right to your freedom of speech, you just don't have the right to force Ihub to be your billboard.
