CONTINENTAL BEVERAGE (COBN)

I own 14M shares of COBN as of today (I bough them from as low as
0.004 to as high as 0.03 and I did not buy any share at 0.0301 to
0.035 which was the recent high generated before 9:30 on 08/21).
If the OS is still around 27M shares as everyone was told then I
already own more than 50% OS. My question is, how can I take over
this shell company to exercise my rights? Any idea or suggestion
is very welcome here! I do not think COBN will rehit 0.004 soon
unless the company is diluting the huge amount of shares based on
100M shares of AS.
