Think the company is riding on a sword edge? Don't want to put out anything that pandey can use against them. Then, in a round about way, are the saying that Pandey has a case? hmmmm. Company making progress, selling more product, etc. and Basu comes in and 'steals' it out from Pandey? Hmmmmm. An interesting thought.
