I know they have hired several accounting firms....american or not, that doesnt matter to me. The fact the ones they hired...never put out anything after being hired isnt a good thing.

They convienently hire an american one right before they screw everyone over with the reverse split....maybe in the hopes they will garner a little interest or keep from the huge panic sell off...? I dont know.

What I do know....anyone in it above 2 cents will have no shot to break even. This stock isnt going to 2$....It would have to go to 7-10$ for me to be ok. Im not gonna hold my breath....just going to do my best to keep people from buying and getting taken like a lot of us did.
