you could additionally guess that the RS was done to uplist. but then, when will it happen. most assumed that the price would decline further, so that the RS would have not the intended effect for uplisting. but SZNG could support with buys to retain the price level. but then where do the stocks come from which they buy..we can go on asking q's (the same we asked a lot of times in discussions on the borad)

do they sell their stock to the market and thus selling their stake in NWOL???
