INTC is x86 exactly. That is a CISC processor instead of a RISC. Even the the new low power INTC chips use more power by comparison than an ARM based. The products that I've seen prototyped with their new chips have huge batteries or too limited operation time to compete in this market. Sehat knew of that chip prior to purchase and it didn't stop MRVL from jumping on Xscale deal. That INTC chip could be fantastic in UMPCs and the other stuff that's 3 or 4 times the size of an iPhone, BB, Palm, HTC, etc.
