Actually, he should have formed the club. After the stock hit $1.52 on the $2.17 buyout PR it dropped to about $1.17 or so. I advised him at that point that the market was "screaming" that the buyout was a phony. He could have at that point sold for around one half million dollars. Instead he said "I'm not taking one share off the table". Today, his stock is worth around five thousand dollars and he still believes.
