Since you're reading these articles before posting them, there is one litmus test that you can subject the article to in order to determine if they're worth posting:
See if the article states the journal that the research was published in. If it doesn't, don't post because it was obviously a crappy journal / mundane research. If it is from Science, Nature, Cell, NEJM, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Blood, Journal of the American Medical Association, then post away.
No reply needed. I understand that it is hard to weed through all of these studies released in PR form.
