last he told someone was the end of Sept (which is here).... He told me that they have settled with the company and the deal is done.... (now via the lawyers which id done too) it now needs to be sent threw with some forms (these are the forms that take 10 days to clear)..... they are suposedly sending the forms now.... take a day or two to arrive via mail or what ever.... 10 days for reveiw and proccess puts us at just past mid Oct.... then after the forms have been cleard....our brokers will be informed of the divy pay out... this again will take a few days to clear our broker... putting us at 3 wk Otc... all said and done should be the end of this Month at the latest...

all I can do is pass on what I'm told.... guess if nothing in that frame give up, or do so now... eitherway, thats what I was informed so I pass'd it along... GL!!!
