Here is what I know at this point. VP is still there. I talked to him yesterday. The Komex deal is still in the works. It is not a done deal but it is not dead either. They are not going BK. The problem is they are buying the candy shops but not watching the kids. There are tons of receivables out to pay the bills but nobody was making sure they were collecting them and the cashflow ran out. Progas is still there as well. Why do you think they built the new accounting building and hiring accountants?
Now after saying this I am not going to argue or play 20 questions with anyone. This is what I know so take it how ever you want...
