Correction to #1125 re warrants:

According to GENR’s latest SEC filings, BVF/Ziff exercised 1.2M warrants on 10/23/03, leaving only 200K warrants unexercised from the 2M warrants issued to BVF and Ziff in connection with the May 2003 private placement.
