Well I have received emails from Tom and said the exact same things that you and others have posted. The way I see it, the delay is still the "ongoing litigation" and TM is not certain of the outcome. Why not? Because this exact situation has never happened before and there are few set precedents. So because the litigation is still ongoing, and he really can't say much, I think he's being precautionary when he's mentioning going after brokers already - asking for phys certs, reimbursement @ last traded price, etc.

The only thing we as a group can do right is wait for the official verdict, and it really sucks. I don't think there is any way we can expedite this. And I have doubts whether Megas can either. I could be wrong, but I don't think Megas needs to take any blame here. All IMHO.
