Hi coinsguy. I spoke with a guy named 'Matt' at Empire several weeks ago. He told me that they have not heard from bcit since January, and that bcit has not initiated anything at all. He said that bcit basically contacted Empire, and made them their TA, but that was it. Bcit did not give Empire any shares. 'Matt' said, that they have not heard a word from bcit, at all.
