well, lets figure it out...a ten-bagger from .010 is 10 cents, and a ten-bagger from .012 is 12 cents...hmmm, maybe those 2/10's are worth waiting for!!! in the long run, the stock has to go up an additional 20% to achieve the same profit (.10-.12)
