ohbull, All well and good, however, the TA must inform the brokers that the 205's need to be exchanged.We have no way of knowing if that ever happened.

In fact there is no way of knowing if the TA actually has received 205's from the company. Some that have a report with the TA might call and ask that question.

Or if anyone was holding certs prior to the so called exchange, they should have been notified directly by the TA to exchange their CERTS,anyone here that is in that category, that could let us know if you received a request from the TA?

This whole exchange must start with the company issuing to the TA he in turn has the responsibility to informed ALL others and do the exchange in accordance with SEC reg's.

There must be some certs OHBULL as the company did have an initial issue/merger/shell/IPO, or whatever, to ever to be trading, although I am well aware that we all have IOU'S in our accounts, the DTC has at least some initial shares to exchange they are all not phantom shares, so where is the exchange on those,or those holding certs now?
