I was a wrestler in high school. As a freshmen I was up against a senior who was ranked #1 in the state from the highest population school. I was a good wrestler, but he was three years experienced in a very competetive level. He appeared to be man handling me the first round and had scored 8-0. I had nothing to loose, but I hate loosing. In the second round I scored 5 points and pinned him. The gym came unglued. Was I lucky? Or had I heard so many times how good that guy was that winning was not an option. I wrestled him again six weeks later and I beat him 9-5.

Does somebody owe us shares of BCIT?
Does the law say they owe us shares of BCIT?
Will a jury or a Judge say the owe us?
Were any laws broken when our money was taken?
Who will the law apply to when viewed at this hearing?
It appears we can't win doesn't it.
