Each one of those CD holders could someday keep up to almost 5% of the O/S and we wouldn't know about it.

Then, they can sell shares to Wang at a given PPS.

What is a fact, is that when the CD holders hired LEBED to dump a load of conversion shares, at that time the company was apparently 'pumping' the stock while LEBED pumped and the CD holders dumped. There is some connection between the CD holders and the insiders, that seems to be a fact, and should be !... at least, I would control the CD's if I were the CEO
