The CD holder should receive a 1/24th of $3M today, as the September payment, plus interests. That is around 6 million, or so. Lets say between 5 and 7 million shares.

That is not above 5% of the O/S, so they don't need to file any FORM.

If the CD holder converts more shares, he will own more than a 5% of the O/S and should file with the SEC. He can keep the shares or he can sell them at market, or sell them to his 'friends' (also called 'insiders').

If they don't give any clue of what they are up to, then we'll have to wait, because they could repeat what they did at the 0.03 level. They could let it go up and then dump shares and CBPC would go below 0.017.

So, in theory, we should wait and see if 0.017 holds or not.

Without news or fillings, we have only the chart and our guesses, that con be right or wrong.
