I should add that to handle a board as difficult as this -- "difficult" for reasons most attributable to the company, of course -- the number of mods actually needed right now is three. One way to solve this is for Pnew, who is deservedly getting 100% support so far, to put forward two more names of congenial posters. Otherwise, let other posters contribute their ideas (or availability) on who the other two might be.

I would like to see the new team complete by tomorrow. This would also show management that the board is lively and is capable of governing itself -- in other words, has a viable representative function, that they are aware of whenever Pnew needs to communicate with them.

Also my thanks and acclaim go to Renavatio, Fmi and Shizoku for the all the excellent work they put in over a long period.
