Here is my updated list of upcoming dates regarding Rambus. Thanks to all who contributed. I believe it is fairly accurate, but if any discrepancies are found or if anyone has any additions, please post.

VA IFX - Some time "probably" this week Judge Payne will issue his Order in accordance with the rulings he made at the telephonic hearing which occurred on 2/2/2004

2/10-11/2004 - EPO Appeal Hearing on Validity of European Patent

2/12/2004 - VA IFX - Deadline for IFX to file papers to set aside CAFC ruling - if they file such a motion, the hearing on same will be 3/8 - see below

2/15/2004 - VA IFX - Expert Reports Due

2/17/2004 - VA IFX - Rambus Response due re CA Unfair Comp. and Updated Privilege Log Due

2/17/2004 - FTC - FTC Judge Initial Decision Due

2/17-19/2004 - Intel IDF - San Francisco, CA - Rambus is Gold Sponsor

2/27/2004 - VA IFX - Infineon Reply due re Rambus Response of 2/17 above

3/5/2004 - Rambus Response due re Infineon's Reply of 2/27 above

3/8/2004 - VA IFX - Hearing on IFX Motion to set aside CAFC ruling (if filed by IFX, see 2/12 entry above)

3/23/2004 - CA HYNIX - Markman Hearing and Hearing on ALL Motions for Summary Judgment

3/26/2004 - VA IFX - All fact and expert discovery to be completed

4/5-7/2004 - Rambus at DesignCon East, Boston, MA

4/7-8/2004 - Rambus at IDF, Tokyo, Japan and at IDF, Taipei, Taiwan

4/15?/2004 - Rambus 2nd Qtr Earnings Announcement - (exact date not known yet - thanks, Watz)

4/15/2004 - VA IFX - Hearing on any Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions in Limine by either side

4/29/2004 - VA IFX - Pre-Trial Conference 9:00 am

5/4/2004 - Rambus Annual Shareholders' Meeting

5/10/2004 - VA IFX - Trial date

6/17/2004 - Mannheim, Germany - IFX, MU - Infringement hearings

8/13/2004 - CA HYNIX - Discovery cutoff

8/13/2004 - CA HYNIX - Cutoff date for expert discovery

8/20/2004 - CA HYNIX - Deadline for all motion filings

9/24/2004 - CA HYNIX - All motions heard by this date

10/15/2004 - CA HYNIX - Pre-trial filings due

10/21/2004 - CA HYNIX - Pre-Trial Conference set for 2:00 pm

11/8/2004 - CA HYNIX - Trial date
