It was interesting to read one of Bings post on another board where she says that Serge (who they bought Sam's from for $400 to $500k) says that a fortune could be made off of just selling insulation and drywall.

It begged a couple of questions in my mind:
1. Are they coming up with pre-reasons why trim, door and windows will no longer be sold? and
2. If it was such a gold mine, why did Serge sell it so cheaply?
