Not sure how to read that sucker, noticed that they sold during the rally in the beginning of the year, bought during the down turn, then really bought for the end of quarter....

Get the feeling that nobody wants to say too much about the falling dollar, falling housing prices, raising oil prices, higher interest rates on mortgages, higher unemployment, higher food prices, higher costs on building material and the Fed. The pat answer is to say something about global growth..... I wonder if they did that in Japan during the huge downturn year aga..... As one article said, most bears are contrarian players and they should be buying the bad news........ Every bottom indicator I had was "right on" at the bottom.
