So Jim you think a retest of the Aug. 16 levels is out of the picture. My take is that it either happens in October or not at all. I am not great at predictions but I am heavy in cash and would like to see a nice retest. Unfortunately I am on vacation in October and the last thing I want to do is watch the markets. I wish it had happened in September like everyone expected here....B
