On the next CC, we will probably hear something similar to what rkrw just posted: that the financial terms adhere to “industry norms.”

The agreement itself will soon be filed with the SEC on Form 8K, but the royalty rate(s) and thresholds for the various tiers (if any) will almost certainly be redacted. Probably all we will be able to glean from the redacted agreement is how many tiers there are.
