wick, you don't understand the concept

GGI will produce a loss when they dump into a falling PPS

GGI converts at low prices and then they need a higher price
to dump

or GGI is short selling,
but some experts in this board told me
GGI is not allowed to short GMFX
and cover by converting outstanding debt
into cheap shares
