Pasha - You could start a whole new board on that topic.

Talked to my broker about this a few weeks ago. He thinks that compensation in most tech companies is so highly weighted to stock options, that they are like payroll checks rather than investment vehicles to employees.

It's all about the fundamentals on this one. The major institutional holders are not selling.
