lowtrade - I have accumulated FTWR from 3.50 to 3.65 and am investing long-term. 150 mil O/S, convertibles in place at $8. Legit wireless company with long-term financing in place - IPO'd a year ago. Trading at book value - about $1.75 cash per share.

What is your take long-term? Seems to me the down channel may have broken and sideways action coming for awhile?

I like the fundamentals on this one.
