Milen...the dollar is weaking and this usually draws buyers into commodities like oil/gas.

Ideal time for PRVB to move but there is one problem....the buying public knows nothing about this company.

We need to get used to the .20's. WIll likely be here for a long time unless Fox and group begin to share info.
