given how tyzeka is selling, I don't think the royalty rate is that critical to evaluating the restructuring - at least near to mid-term (and IDIX could very well be a wholly owned NVS company before we ever fully appreciate the commercial potential of tyzeka)
the reason idix got below cash was the burn - so this imo has to be construed as a step in the right direction
but there is no denying what idix is at this juncture - an early stage development company with a sizable amount of cash
