Come on, you know having that many authorized shares is normal, there are a 100,000 "authorized" Series A that have never been issued and I don't think they ever will be. Why are you trying to crush the momo? Exellent entry point here, confirmed uptrend, the only thing you could possibly accomplish is scare a few traders that can't read the signals, that's a lose lose. I don't get it :(
