Well, I think that they are raising the os and converting shares. The run today was dilutive and shorted. The run was largely driven by a bullish day in the overall otcbb. Lots of momo from stocks that moved big like cxti and cybl. What is yet to be revealed in the coming 8k is the coming dilution for the merger and the future purchase of Hacketts. If you think that this is all occuring without a price or is being done for free, guess again. The new share structure will most likely be staggering and in need of a R/S which Tom has not promised will not happen. Lots of preferreds in the mix that will be convertible according to the last filings. That .017 this morning was not unjustified. I believe the new os will soon be a couple of billion. Should be worth about .02-.025 when all is said and done.
