I don't think that RML/Michelle/Mark didn't want to sell the product and didn't have great aspirations. It wasn't a scam in that sense (unlike some pinkies that simply invent a business which I was referring to).

Their goal was what it was, get the product in the stores and sell product and make millions.

But they chose to risk everything with a business and marketing plan that consisted of: (1) Doing sponsorships without any intention of paying; (2) Having a blimp that they never paid for; (3) Hiring lawyers that they never paid for; and apparently (4) Not consummating their deal to buy the shell.

As far as the new company, what I am saying is I don't think they just decided to make up a story that they're building a plane. I think they are trying to build planes.
