"What are others' take on my guess for the share count?"

key question: how many shares are there in 141.....we can't assume because if it doesn't work out and folks buy on personal assumptions there could be many disappointing shareholders here. For me it's a risk I'm willing to take on the product but the reality is that SPZI has many shares out there and this 120mil share distribution to SPZI cannot be valued unless folks know the total # of shares....asking about the 7% was just something that popped out to me as a possible consideration of % of share ownership
