Before then, they had lawsuits for unpaid sponsorships. I posted them, I posted the pleadings. Other shareholders posted the lawsuits on www.ibcx.info . They don't pay for anything, and I'm guessing they didn't pay for this shell. I think they thought they could raise money more easily using accredited investors, and they had the right idea. They were just too far into the downward spiral having committed to millions and millions of dollars in advertising and setting up the ponzi between ASG and Rockford-Montgomery.
Peeps are upset about them being gone? If they made $20MM, it'd have went to pay for NASCAR and 4 wheelers. It's called over-hype.
Let's investigate this new company and see what it's about. If they have a blimp that they never paid for, then run!!!!!!! But it looks like they *make* planes.
