that 120mil could possibly be, and key word is possibly...distributed to SPZI shareholders which would represent a very small amount in a share distribution considering how many shares are in SPZI right now however the 7% could end up being the better deal but I am really curious if that 7% relates to 93% shares being owned by 141 because in my thinking if there were a share distribution it may not be much to consider even long term....just my thinking
