Thanks for the prompt reply. I asked because there was a message board posting a while back indicating that they were about to be issued. Were they sent to the transfer agent? Can you give me a contact number or email address for the person to whom they were sent? I could then contact that person directly.

I called the Transfer Agent this morning. Spoke to Rosaria Sanchez who told me the following: On 19 September, they got the go ahead from the company to print the certificates for "the first HVLN dividend." She said that this was done, and the certs were sent to the DTC in NY. They have not gotten the go ahead on any other dividends. She said that if your stock is held by your broker, it is up to the broker to get the dividends from the DTC. If the stock is issued in the owner's name, then she is able to pull your info up on her computer and will, presumably, be able to tell you what's what.

My stock is held by my broker (USAA), so I called them. They haven't gotten any information from the DTC, yet, on any dividends. Apparently, from the 19th to today is not an inordinately long time for them to get notification on a penny stock. Nevertheless, they will research the issue and get back to me in about two business days.

I'll post new info when I get it from them.
