I think the "cleaning" window is only 48 hours or so. If you go back the heydays of early August, you'll find the assertions that Q4 will be the quarter, IBM will have shipped a lot of system which are embassy enabled, and IBM customers will pay $30/seat, INTC will pay some $1.5 royalties per mother board etc. We are now in Q1, and my point was in an earlier post (probably deleted by now, nope, still there #msg-2316996) that if indeed there were substantial revenues accruing to Wave in Q4, the people shipping those royalties bearing products and other people would have known creating pressure on the stock's price, the fact that the stock has been trending down (and before the SEC announcement as well) indicates to me that "not yet". Management promised positive cash flow sometime this year, the year is still young.
