I don't think it's insiders selling. From what I am told they were buying. I know the issued increased but heard they acquired a couple enities to be announced. At this point in time it's a guess what is actually going on.

I can tell you one thing Frank is not happy with the share price. But if he told the truth he would have more credibilty. He needs to launch the Network or his credibilty is totally shot. IMO

I am holding a big block of shares at this time. I'll continue to hold.
