Still sticking... Yup, it won't be an investor, a lawyer, the SEC, the feds, or anyone else who will eventually get them... it'll be a fan of Mayfield. All my early DD came from racing fans, I didn't have to do any work. Put them in charge of a shell and they'd be loyal to the shareholders forever.
