Congratulations to the ones who bought shares of SWVC today and good luck to the ones that sold.

The first run took us to .06
The second run took us to .08
The third run will probably take us to to .10 and higher (with alot more fuel)

The timing of events here is spectacular, and believe Mr. S knows exactly what he is doing. I also believe investor911's prediction of the future is spot on.

IMO, by end of this week, we will see a nice PR with :

1. Cornell OUT
2. Wisebuys done &
3. Any other updates

which will be followed by 8K

What that means,anytime, we can expect a surprise PR/Update.

This will be followed by:

1. Hacketts 100% done
2. New substantial investment
3. Expansion plan updates
4. Much much more.


Last PR was really very good. Shareholders , I am sure must know how good it is ( Of course, who did their DD), and potential investors will act accordingly

Highlights:

1. By end of Sept, Wisebuys 100% will be done
2. By End of Nov, Hacketts will be done
3. By end of 07, new substantial investment will be made
4. Financing will not involve the issuance of new debt or equity, but rather the sale of certain of WiseBuys' non-strategic assets
5.Seaway is currently evaluating additional investments and acquisitions in a diverse array of sectors
