That doesn't surprise me. Years ago when I used to call companies a lot I'd ask some CEO when he was going to file since if he didn't in like a week he'd be getting an E and if still no filing after 30 days they'd be going Pink.

More than once the response was, E what the heck is that, Pink sheets, what's that?
