great post. All that needed to addressed. I have looked for the conversion in the filing, and cannot find it. In the great scope of things, the # of preferreds is pretty small, and unless the conversion rate is a killer, then we should be looking good. Another thing to note is that Grossman only has about 220k shares. Really doubt he wants those diluted too much.
