Could someone tell me if PAIM itself or someone within the company has a monetary interest in the T/A itself?
If so it would seem that they would stand to make a lot of money by these latest actions.
So they screw the shareholders and profit two or three different ways while doing it.
Futhermore, if this company ever hits it big or makes a profit you can be sure that the shareholders will never see a dime of it as the company will just take everyones shares back as they are doing now and go private.
