Agressively pursuing merger candidate to bring into MAUG.

2 substantial companies - 100 mil. in revs. a year they are working with. Looking to bring established company into MAUG, not start-up.

30-60 days to be locked in with merger candidate.


If he can bring in one of these companies then this will be a huge runner.
