At this point, per the email i received from Simeo, which he said he received from his lawyers, that this was a done deal as of Sept 22, 2007

So what is the harm in saying who, what, where, when, why the new r/m company is? oy!!

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
