no_shorts_here, I don't think you have your facts right about Spooz and Excel.

Have you talked to anyone at the company about your observations? Have you had a demo of the products.

If I understand what you are saying, You are saying SpoozTools is just an imitation of TT? Why would TT then come to Spooz to partner rather then Sue Spooz like they do everyone else?

I think you are either confused or missing some important data, do us a favor since you are so adamant in your opinion and call Darryl with your thoughts and let us know what he says. You can email too, I know those are the kinds of questions Darryl will gladly answer.
