Yup. Volume's been pretty low lately. If, as we assume, Hall has been printing shares, it must have become increasingly difficult to dump 'em. So throw out a little bait to the daytraders (and to the people who think a stock with no bid "can't go any lower") and Bob's your uncle.

I wonder if the SEC is watching.
