What you saw today was the arrogant manipulation by the management that resulted in a 13% loss of total value of the company. Lack of transparency of anything other than non-material information is useful when diluting the stock for personal gain. It may be legal, but I don't think they want to drift too close to the edge. They proably wouldn't like having the local press nipping at their heels.
